Official Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and AP8MY ("Platform", "We", or "ap8my") governing access to and use of the ap8my.pro website and all services offered through it.

By accessing the ap8my website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. • Not an AP8MY employee: ap8my employees, their immediate family members, and business partners are not permitted to be active members playing for real money.
• Access using your real identity: You must register using accurate personal information and are not permitted to use another person's identity or provide false details.

AP8MY reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

The ap8my account registration process is free and straightforward. However, there are responsibilities and rules that every member must follow regarding the management of their account:

• One account per user: Each individual is only permitted to hold one ap8my account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all accounts being frozen and balances forfeited.
• Accurate and up-to-date information: You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information in your ap8my account is accurate and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and banking details.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for the security of your ap8my account password and login credentials. AP8MY will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your own negligence.
• KYC verification: To process your first withdrawal, you will need to complete the identity verification (KYC) process by uploading a valid identification document. This process is typically completed within 24 hours.
• Accounts are non-transferable: Your ap8my account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party under any circumstances.

AP8MY supports a variety of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit limit: The minimum deposit per transaction is MYR 30. There is no set daily maximum deposit limit, except for limits imposed by your chosen payment method.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via online banking are typically credited to your ap8my account within 1–5 minutes. Deposits made via e-wallet methods such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay are processed instantly.
• Minimum withdrawal limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per request. Requests below this limit will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. AP8MY is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
• Withdrawal method must match: Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. Funds deposited via Maybank must be withdrawn to the same Maybank account.
• Bonus withdrawal conditions: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stipulated wagering requirements are fully met. Only real money (non-bonus) funds may be withdrawn at any time without wagering requirements.
• Additional verification: AP8MY reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds or are flagged for further security review.

AP8MY offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each promotion has its own specific terms; however, the following general terms apply to all ap8my bonus types:

• One bonus per promotion: Each user is only eligible to claim each bonus once, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met: All deposit bonuses carry wagering requirements of between 10x and 30x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type. These requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

• Game results are final: All game results recorded by the ap8my system are final. Dispute claims relating to game results must be supported by solid evidence.
• Technical disruption: In the event of a technical disruption or internet disconnection during gameplay, ap8my will attempt to restore the game session from the point of interruption. Results of games completed before the disruption are final.
• Automated software prohibition: The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any technological tools that unlawfully alter the gaming experience is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized collusion between players: Any form of collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in games — such as chip dumping in poker or coordination in Live Casino — is a serious violation.
• Exploitation of system vulnerabilities: If you discover any bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors in the ap8my system, you are required to report them to the support team immediately. Exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• KYC verification failure: Failure to provide the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Self-request: At your own request to close your account or by using the self-exclusion feature within the responsible gaming program.

Once an account is terminated, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you after all required reviews are completed, provided there are no Terms violations that may result in balance forfeiture.

AP8MY provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures. To the extent permitted by law, ap8my is not liable for:

Ap8my's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the last deposit made by the relevant user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
